As a Drug Manufacturer using / planning to use a 3rd party to process my reports, why is the TPA asking me to set up connectivity to mailboxes?

CMS requires that all Drug Manufacturers maintain the ability to receive reports, regardless of whether or not a 3rd party process will be utilized. This provides assurance that the Manufacturer will always be able to review their reports as the responsible party in the Manufacturer’s Agreement to participate in the Coverage Gap Discount Program.
